Foundation Regimes are live in all of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Ras Al Khaimah International Corporate Centre (RAKICC).

Following this launch — as well as MoUs between DIFC, ADGM and RAK ICC and Dubai DLD —, a substantial wave of restructuring of both businesses and real estate is on the way domestically, using Foundations as well as ADGM SPVs and DIFC PresCos, be it for consolidation, asset protection, (re)financing or legacy planning.
