As Guernsey’s lockdown eases, organisations are now considering if, when and how they will bring their staff back into the office. Some companies are pivoting towards new opportunities or streamlining their offering to focus on relevant and profitable services.

Successfully meeting these objectives highlights the need for effective internal communications plans.

The last five weeks have placed a spotlight on the importance of good communication strategies, and the need for open dialogue will continue into the next phase of business recovery.

Business leaders may need to ask staff to refocus or change direction and it is critical to ensure everyone understands the mission and their role in meeting those objectives.

In this one-hour webinar, Nichole Culverwell, Managing Director of communications agency Black Vanilla, will share her insights into planning and executing internal communications campaigns.

The session will unpack what elements need to be included in a plan and share the essential questions that leaders need to ask to model a clear strategy.

The webinar is free to attend.

We recommend that attendees download the Zoom App to watch.
