We have strengthened our team with a new appointment and a recent promotion.

Joss Bisson, who has extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles, has joined the team as a Communications Assistant. Joss will be responsible for providing assistance across all areas of the business. She will also work on our largest national media account. Find out more about Joss here!

Having joined Black Vanilla in 2014 as a Communications Assistant, Stephie Gordon has now been promoted to the role of Account Executive. Stephie will focus on the public relations needs of our clients whilst also working towards the CIPR Foundation Award in Public Relations.

Black Vanilla’s Managing Director Jade Isabelle says: ‘The agency was founded in 2008 with only two staff members and since then our team has grown significantly. We now have six in-house members and six, ‘extended family members’ who act as consultants across the areas of media, PR and events. Our model allows us to put specialist teams together for clients in response to their individual needs.
